Refund policy

1. Return / Refund Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

  • After approval, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products (including any item where you choose color, size, or design)

  • Made-to-order apparel

  • Original artwork

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unworn

  • With all tags attached and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the order

  • Provide photos or video of the issue, including all packaging, outside of shipping box if applicable

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued, and return shipping will be covered

5. Exchanges

  • For exchanges (different size, color, or style), return the original item and place a new order.

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a prepaid label will be provided or shipping will be refunded.

7. Refunds

  • Once a return is received and inspected, approval or rejection will be confirmed within 3-7 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

8. How to Start a Return

  • Email peachtreedesignshop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • If approved, return authorization and instructions will be provided.

  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
