Shipping Policy

All orders from Peach Tree Design Shop have a 7–14 business day turnaround time before delivery. This timeframe includes processing, production, and shipping. Peach Tree Design Shop is a small business and does not offer same-day or next-day shipping.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all shop policies, including processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Shipping options are selected at checkout and may vary depending on the product and fulfillment method. Some items are produced and shipped through third-party print on demand partners. Peach Tree Design Shop does not have control over the specific shipping carriers used by these partners.

Stickers, Magnets & Other Printed Items

To keep shipping costs affordable, stickers, magnets, and other small printed items may ship via USPS First Class Letter Mail unless a tracked shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.

This shipping method does not include reliable tracking. While an order may display a tracking number, it may not receive consistent scans. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. USPS delays may occur, and customers agree to allow the full delivery window before contacting us.

If tracking is important to you, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Handmade & Custom Orders

All handmade and custom items are created to order and fall within the same 7–14 business day turnaround timeframe unless otherwise stated.

If required information for a custom order is not provided at checkout, production may be delayed until the necessary details are received. Please add peachtreedesignshop@gmail.com to your contacts to avoid missing important communication.

Shipping upgrades and insurance may be available for select items.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to the timelines and policies outlined above. Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted while an order is still within the stated processing or delivery timeframe, or without first contacting us, may be considered unauthorized or invalid.

Peach Tree Design Shop is happy to assist with lost, delayed, or damaged orders once the full delivery window has passed.
